Sable Massingill is a writer focused on beauty, wellness & travel with experience collaborating on projects within several different subject areas.
About Sable
A natural connector and facilitator, Sable is a multi-hyphenate whose interests, passions and experiences range from public relations and journalism to fashion & beauty and international commerce. Comfortable working in a variety of cultures and environments, she can create and execute innovative and exciting projects and programs both virtually and in-person. Working remotely, with a global community of collaborators and contacts, she strives to create engaging content and messaging that is tailor-made for each unique client.
Upon graduating from the University of Tennessee, Sable moved to New York City and landed her first job within the fashion industry, working in both Fashion PR and wardrobe styling for editorial photoshoots. Now working as a writer, she excels in interviews. She is comfortable in front of the camera and has worked as a freelance correspondent for Entertainment Tonight conducting celebrity interviews.
Sable is an entrepreneur who loves to explore the intersection of beauty, travel and creative culture. She integrates these themes into her own business, Beautyscapes, an online retailer of indie beauty and artisan products sourced and developed from her international travels. Through her company, she has organized and moderated panels in Atlanta, Brooklyn and a bilingual experience in Oaxaca City, Mexico, bringing together some of the most influential women in the beauty industry.
Her commitment to storytelling has taken her to Helsinki Fashion Week in Finland, the first sustainable fashion week in the world, to learn more about eco-friendly supply chains; to the Sahara in Morocco to discuss women’s cooperatives.
She uses her work across all platforms and mediums to celebrate diversity, and develop and bring awareness to stories and collaborations that are mutually beneficial for all involved.
